These types of employee can sometimes cause friction or tension, but trust me they are our future leaders.

2. Expect differences in opinions – Your juniors shouldn’t feel like their creativity is being supressed in your workplace. If they are being watched constantly by the seniors, it could stifle their creativity. If you dont want your organization to head in the wrong direction then it is definately time for a change.

In order for your employees to be creative they are going to need the right tools. In meetings provide them with notebooks, and use a whiteboard. You will be surprised at the amount of creative ideas your workforce will come up with whilst looking back over old notes.

Creativity and fun go hand in hand. There are many ways in which you can implement fun in the workplace. You can’t expect employees to be creative if they are bored stiff, so bring some fun into the meeting room.

Look for new ways for employees to do the same old jobs. Why not change the way they answer the phone or arrange the office. You should always be on the lookout for new ways you can implement creativity in your organization.
