If you find your mind wandering to other matters while you’re meditation, just pull your thoughts back and concentrate on your breathing again. Meditation is all about concentrating. If you realize that you’ve gone off track, just gently guide yourself back to the right state of mind. Don’t get discouraged; learning to meditate takes time, so keep on practicing.
